Terms

• The Express Print card is activated after completing all mandatory fields of the registration form (form on www.express-print.com.ua) within 3 business days;
• The Express Print card is personal and cannot be transferred to another person;
• Only one Express Print card can be registered to one owner;
• A discount using the Express Print card is provided after card activation;
• To receive a discount, you must present the Express Print card. If the discount card is not available, the discount is not provided to the guest;
• The Express Print card is the property of the Company and may be confiscated by decision of the Company or the administration of one of the branches;
• Each account card has its own unique number and is presented to the seller – cashier before making a purchase; after the purchase is made, discounts and accumulation are not applied;
• The discount card has no time limit on its use;
• If the Express Print card has not been used for 6 months from the date of issue or has not been used for 12 months from the date of the last visit to the branch, the Company reserves the right to reduce the discount on the Express Print discount card or cancel the card;
• A canceled card and its data are not restored;
• If the Express Print card is lost (damaged), it can be recovered in the customer service department. The guest is issued a new card of similar value. The lost card is blocked.

All clients who made a purchase of 1000 UAH or more in a single receipt are offered a loyalty card. The guest discount is 5%.
